Shepard Family Stories - Samara"Hey Mommy?" Rinyn stands on her tiptoes peeking out the window at the woman sitting cross-legged on the lawn. "Who's that?"

Liara walks over to the window and lifts her daughter into her arms so she can get a better look. "That, sweetie, is Samara. She's a good friend of your father and I. She's a justicar."

Rinyn looks up at her mother with a puzzled expression. "What's a justicar?"

"They're an old order of asari warriors. They are proud, noble, and selfless. Actually, they're like the heroes in the stories your dad reads to you."

Rinyn's eyes widen in wonder, her gaze moving back to the justicar. "Wow....she's like a superhero."
