Other Powers/Abilities: Due to his massive frame, many of the heavy hitters cannot tear through them like the normal soldiers. This is due to the fact that they are almost as tall as them, if not stronger than them physically. Admiral Gerrel stands firm that he saw one tear a banshee's arm clean off as it tried to pierce the armor with its claws.
Bio: After Commander Shepard brokered peace between the Geth and Quarian people, Admiral Daro'Xen was tasked with upgrading several Geth platforms to fight back against the overwhelming Reaper forces. Taking tech from both Collector and Cerberus forces, she discovered a way to allow them to reroute their own power core into a series of devastating plasma bursts. As the upgraded platforms were shipped out, one was sent out to the Minos Wasteland, to assist the Alliance in evacuating several small colonies before the Reaper forces arrived. The small squad arrived just in time, as Gellix fell under attack by Collector forces.
The captain in charge of the evacuation was slain by a praetorian, leaving the troops in disarray. Platform 452 took charge, telling the soldiers to get the colonists off-planet as quickly as possible. The Alliance watched as the large Geth and the small number of Geth troopers begin to lay down a covering fire for them, drawing the Collectors' attention away from the evacuation.
One by one, the troopers fell before the continuous onslaught of the Collectors, until Platform 452 was the only one remaining. It began to experience a new sensation, something it had never had thought possible....rage. It began a veritable maelstrom of violence, tearing through the Collectors like they were cardboard, unleashing pulse after pulse.
Finally, only the praetorian remained, moving with blinding speed, it began to close the gap between them.
[The following is an audio file submitted by Platform 452 to Alliance Command.]
Praetorian: Why do you resist me?
Platform 452: I will not follow you like the Heretics.
Praetorian: You do not have to perish this day, submit to us.
Platform 452: I believe the human phrase is.....go to hell.
Praetorian: So be it.
[Sounds of claws scraping against metal]
Platform 452: You will find my armor more than adequate.
Praetorian: You've become an annoyance. Why do you assist the humans? They fear you. They will never trust you or your kind.
Platform 452: I believe.....it is called.....hope.
[The sounds of the Geth's fist implanting itself firmly in the soft core of the Praetorian. The screams of agony from the Praetorian follows]
Platform 452: Something you are incapable of feeling....Harbinger. We will always resist you. We won't rely on you anymore.
Praetorian: Im...possible.
[Explosion........end transcript]
Admiral Mikhailovich commended the Geth platform for its valor, being the only survivor of its squad. He calls the platform a veritable "siege weapon", praising it's sheer power and veracity. From that day forth, Platform 452 took a new name, something for the Reapers to fear, Siege.
- Hex Shield: Summons a large energy shield in front of it, damaging any enemy stupid enough to try to walk through it.
- Siege Pulse: An upgrade from Admiral Xen, the Siege Pulse is a series of stored charges that are amplified to deliver a truly devastating blast to anything unfortunate enough to be hit by it.
- Power Drain: This bit of tech is unique to the Juggernauts. It allows them to "grab" opponents, draining them of shields, barriers, or even bio-electricity. Doing so transfers that energy back into the Juggernaut, amplifying or restoring their shields. The end result is that the target is vaporized, leaving only a small pile of plasma.
I hope you all enjoy.
Siege is a creation of mine.
Admiral Mikhailovich, Harbinger, Praetorians, Xen, and Gerrel, all belong to Bioware.
