History: Aki'Rao has always been a firebrand, ever since she was young. While her twin brother Kiril was the level-headed one, she'd prefer to let her fists make her point. When the time came in her late teens to begin her Pilgrimage, she parted ways with her twin and headed for Omega, feeling she'd be able to make her mark there, and find something extravagant enough for the Migrant Fleet. Within her first twenty-four hours on the station, she'd single-handedly broken the arm of a human trying to extort money from her, hacked into the personal credit account of a Blue Suns commander called Tarak, and hijacked Aria T'Loak's personal skycar.....crashing it shortly thereafter in the Gozu District.
Needless to say, she was almost instantly infamous in the lawless station, drawing the focus of both Aria, the Talons, and the Blue Suns. If it wasn't for the fact her brother had followed her to Omega, she probably would have been killed rather quickly. Between her expert shots from the stolen Javelin and her brother's experimental grenades, they made short work of any assailants sent to wipe them out.
Over the next three years, they worked side-by-side collecting whatever they could steal, scavenge, and exploit from the mercenary groups of Omega. Things changed when the pair was summoned by Aria T'Loak to her private box in Afterlife.

Anto: Aria?
Aria T'Loak: What?
Anto: We got the two Quarian troublemakers.
Aria: Show them in.....then leave us.
Anto: Yes ma'am.
Aria: So....you two are the duo that has been causing so much trouble for my operations here.
Aki'Rao: And if we are? So what?
Kiril'Rao: Aki......show some respect. She was polite enough to request our presence instead of forcing us here at rifle-point.
Aki: But Kiril!
Kiril: Hush Aki. Now then.....Ms. T'Loak, what can we do for you?
Aria: Such manners........you may be twins...but you show much more restraint than your sister. The question is not what you can do for me.....but what I can do for you.
Kiril: Meaning?
Aria: I can give you all what you need to complete your Pilgrimage. I have access to a small wing of Batarian fighters, most of which are still intact.
Aki: And why should you just give us those you stuck-up, bosh-
Kiril: Aki! I'm sorry about my sister. But she did raise a valid point. Why so generous?
Aria: Well the original owners are already dead.......you two managed to eliminate them before I got to them. And since you've done me a service...and I'd like to forego any future problems with the pair of you so I would recommend taking the freighter with the fighters and head home.
Aki: You can take your freighter and....
Kiril: We thank you for your generous offer Aria. We accept graciously. Kee'lah Se'lai.
Aria: I hope we can do business in the future......especially your sister. I could find jobs for a talented sniper such as yourself.
-The recording ends with Kiril'Rao forcibly dragging his sister from the box as she curses at Aria in Quarian.-
The Migrant Fleet happily accepted the new additions to the fleet, giving the twins to Admiral Han'Gerrel and his Migrant Marines, where they were placed under the command of the newly promoted Captain Kal'Reegar of the Kahlina, alongside the giant Morte and the heavy weapons expert, Radin'Taka.
